Every patty is locally prepared in Erin, Ontario inside our state-of-the-art production kitchen. Inside our 25,000 square foot facility, we are able to produce over a million patties a month. Every single patty passes through inspections so you can count on the quality in your pet’s food bowl.
The Start Of Something Bold.
Every ingredient is carefully prepared, mixed ground and immediately sent to our patty forming machine. Our machine forms nearly 4,000 patties per hour, dropping each individual patty on a conveyor which then takes it into our cryogenic freeze tunnel.

The freeze tunnel technology we use quickly freezes each patty, preserving the integrity, consistency and nutritional value in less than 10 minutes. We are the only raw pet food company to use this technology in Canada.
This rapid freezing improves the quality of the food and reduces the potential growth of bacteria. When food freezes faster, fewer ice crystals form, preserving the fresh flavour of your pet’s next meal.
From Our Kitchen To Yours.
From the tunnel, the patties are on a conveyor en route to their next station, packaging. Once vacuum packed and sealed, they move to the final boxing phase of the process. Once all boxes are assembled, we ship the products to our distributors, where they are delivered to your local Bold retailers.
