Yes, these patties are safe to feed. Due to the high moisture content of our products, even a small amount of air entering the packaging can cause moisture to be drawn out of the patty, resulting in the formation of ice crystals. In some cases, ice crystals may also form as the patties pass through our freezer tunnel. These crystals are simply frozen water and do not affect the safety or quality of the product.
