We fully understand the severity of food allergies and sensitivities, this is why we have very strict procedures when it comes to avoiding cross contamination. Typically, we only produce 1 protein per day. At the end of our production day, a sanitation crew comes in to clean the facility from top to bottom, including all machinery and equipment. Once the sanitation crew is complete, one of our supervisors comes in to inspect all the machinery before production. If we do produce 2 proteins in one day, all the machines are sanitized in between shifts, and the same procedures above are taken.
